The science in advanced wound healing has rapidly improved over the last 2 decades, allowing an Advanced Wound Care Practitioner, such as myself, the ability to assess, treat, and manage extensive and complicated wounds.

Stoma Care
Giving back their dignity is the principle need of every ostomate. Advanced technologies in the field of stoma care and treatment allow me as a Stoma Nurse / Therapist, to walk the journey with Ostomy patients.
Stoma Care:
- Pre-surgical consultation and siting
- A minimum of 3 In-Hospital training visits, post-surgical
- 2 Clinic visits post-discharge
- 3–6 Month visit
- Managing stoma complications

Diabetic Education/Coaching
Chronic disease management is complicated, and the self-management of diabetics tops the list. My role as a diabetic educator and coach is to assist patients living with diabetes with insights into the disease and the self-management thereof. Through GuidePost, patients are enrolled for one year, and have access to training, support, and educational resources.
Offerings through the GuidePost platform:
- Registration during initial diagnoses,
- Re-registration at challenging intervals in the journey for people living with diabetes,
- Access to free educational resources,
- Face-to-face training (testing, injecting, signs of hypo- and hyperglycemia, self-management)
- Telephonic follow-up support to achieve Blood Glucose targets,
- Determine and overcome stumbling blocks through data analysis and coaching.
